JYRKI MANTERE

Jyrki Mantere, attorney-at-law, has three decades of experience in legal affairs as an attorney and judge.

Mantere has been working as an attorney since early years of 90s and was first admitted to the Finnish bar in 1996. In 2014, he was a partner in one of the top 5 law firms in Finland when he appointed as a judge at the District Court of Pirkanmaa, which is one of the largest courts in Finland.

After seven years on the bench, Mantere resumed private practice in 2021 and was admitted in the Finnish bar a second time. Now he is assisting clients in the following fields of law.

• advising on governance and corporate structures of the companies
• consulting senior management and company boards
• chairing the general meetings

At moment Mantere is advising boards and acting as a counsellor in both listed and private companies.
